Orion AI Writing Assistant
Meet your new Rent Manager communication companion—the Orion Writing Assistant! This AI-powered resource effortlessly composes emails and letters—including scripting—creates engaging listing descriptions, and much more. It also translates text into multiple languages, with Spanish, French, Canadian French, and Chinese available for quick selection. Just describe what you want to say, and the Writing Assistant will produce a polished message in seconds, helping you communicate with confidence.
Tenant Self-Inspections
Eliminate paper forms and manual data entry with Tenant Self-Inspections. Assign move-in inspections to residents, who complete and submit their assessments seamlessly via the rmResident mobile app. That feedback is automatically updated in your Rent Manager system, providing instant access to inspection records and helping you resolve issues faster—eliminating the need for paper inspections and data entry.
Rent Manager University Workspace Integration
Access Rent Manager University (RMU) courses directly in Rent Manager with the RMU Workspace Integration. View your assigned courses and learning paths in real time and use quick links to continue your training. Make accessing training faster, easier, and more intuitive—all from My Workspace.
ePay Returns Automation
Managing returned ePay payments just became easier and more efficient. - Faster Account Closures: Leasing agents can instantly trigger Off-Cycle Reads upon resident move-in/out, ensuring techs get notified immediately for accurate usage capture and faster account closing.
- Simplified Meter Swaps: Initiate and manage full meter swaps right from the readings screen with a guided, step-by-step wizard.
Parent Account Control
Parent General Ledger accounts can now be restricted from use in transactions, providing clearer and more consistent financials.
Comprehensive Rent Quotes
Build complete Rent Quotes by adding recurring and one-time charges. Script all expected charges at the Prospect level to easily include quote amounts in emails or follow-up communication and automatically pull those charges into lease documents for a seamless transition from quoting to leasing.
