Measuring and tracking these unprecedented delinquencies and comparing them to years past used to require running the Delinquency Report with varied date ranges a few different times. Users then had to flip back and forth between reports to accurately compare and contrast delinquent payment history.
Recently, we simplified this process. The reporting module just received three new, timely additions that are available to download from the Online Template Library. The new Property, Unit, and Tenant Delinquency Comparison Reports allow you to compare and contrast delinquency balances for different entities across two different date ranges in one convenient statement.
In Rent Manager, navigate to Admin > Online Template Library to download and start utilizing these timesaving resources right now.

Property Delinquency Comparison Report
The Property Delinquency Comparison Report compares delinquency balances for selected properties across two specified date ranges. Additionally, the report shows total charge amounts over the periods and the percentage of those charges that were paid.
Unit Delinquency Comparison Report
The Unit Delinquency Comparison Report compares the delinquency balances of units at the selected property between two specified date ranges. The report derives data from charges posted within the specified time period.
Tenant Delinquency Comparison Report
The Tenant Delinquency Comparison Report compares the delinquency balances of tenants at the selected property between two specified date ranges. The report looks at charges posted within the specified time period.
