Direct Support Request in Rent Manager Xi

When you require support from a Rent Manager® technician, you can submit a formal request directly through the Xi program. Rent Manager Online (RMO) Xi users can access this feature anytime. Standalone users must have an active Internet connection and current Maintenance and Support Renewal (MSR) status with London Computer Systems, Inc. (LCS).

Follow these steps to submit a service request:

  1. Open your Rent Manager Xi software
  2. Select Help > Submit Service Ticket
  3. Enter your Contact Information (Name, Phone, and Email Address)
  4. Provide a subject for your request that identifies your current issue
  5. Provide a detailed description of your current issue
  6. In the Attachments section, click Attach and browse your desktop for any files that you want to include with this support ticket. The combined size of these files may not exceed 10 MB.
  7. Click Submit. A confirmation message will display verifying that your ticket was received by LCS.

An email that includes the ticket number for your request will be sent to the email address you entered in the Contact Information section. One of our support representatives will either email you with a response to your question or call the phone number you provided as soon as possible.
