Wrapping Up A Whirlwind Conference Tour in June

The summer solstice on June 21st marked the beginning of a whirlwind wrap-up for the month of June and kicked off summer with a bang! With four national and regional conferences to attend, Rent Manager was well represented across the country. With so much going on, we thought we’d give you an overview of where we’ve been recently, and what we’re looking forward to for the summer…

First, we met up with our associates with the National Apartment Association (NAA) at the 2017 NAA Education Conference & Expo, where thousands of property management professionals descended on downtown Atlanta, Georgia to “Apartmentalize” with NAA and industry colleagues. Our Rent Manager experts provided individualized demos of the program at our booth, presented “Capture the Lease: Tech Tools to Streamline and Simplify Leasing” in the NAA’s Learning Zone, sponsored the Thursday night party, and connected with some of our closest multifamily property management friends.

Kicking off the very next day—on the other side of the country—was the 2017 Arizona Manufactured Housing Conference, hosted by Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona (MHCA) and Manufactured Housing Industry of Arizona (MHIA), in Chandler, Arizona. The event, held at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, provided the perfect opportunity for us to connect face-to-face with our contacts, old and new, in Arizona’s manufactured housing industry.

Next up, we spent some quality time with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) at the 2017 BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee. Featured in the event’s Technology Pavilion, we were thrilled to show off Rent Manager’s CRE capabilities to the conference’s 1,800 attendees. We are truly excited to become more involved with this great organization and continue to connect with the commercial real estate industry.

To close out the month of June, we went back down south to beautiful Savannah, Georgia, to hang out with our friends from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) at the 2017 NARPM Southern States Conference. This regional event enabled property management professionals from throughout the southeast to collaborate and learn the latest and greatest in the industry on a more-local level.

We had a jam-packed June, but we can’t wait to get the rest of summer underway! Soon enough it’ll be our turn to play host, when we take the Rent Manager User Conference to Tucson’s JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort and Spa in October. You don’t want to miss this inspirational and informational journey!
