Spread the news! London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager® property management software and other business-critical technologies, has been named one of The Enquirer Media – Top Workplaces, in Cincinnati for the sixth consecutive year! LCS ranked 5th out of the 40 companies included in the midsize category of companies with 150-499 employees.
Workplace Dynamics identifies the area’s Top Workplaces each year by going straight to the source: the employees. A survey that measures company details, including work-life balance, leadership, company values, benefits, and more, collects insights from more than 49,000 people throughout the Cincinnati region. Results are aggregated and announced each spring.
LCS employees put the company on the Top 100 list once again in 2017 by speaking to the organization’s culture, compensation, and philosophy in the Workplace Dynamics questionnaire. Since employees first heard about the survey opportunity in 2012, LCS has applied for inclusion, and won the distinction of a Top Cincinnati Workplace, every year.

Incorporated in 1987, LCS has realized a 16-20% rate of growth for the last 16 years, and has jumped from only 25 employees in 2006, to 213 as of June 2017.
Thanks to a flourishing employee base, LCS said goodbye to its former home in Loveland, Ohio in 2016, relocating to a brand-new headquarters in Deerfield Township in Northeast Cincinnati. The new building can accommodate 425 employees and the campus property allows for further expansion well into the future.
The relocation marks the sixth facility that LCS has inhabited in its three-decade history, and proves a growth trajectory that demonstrates the prowess of the company, its products and most of all, its dedicated employees.
