We developed Rent Manager University (RMU) as a platform to impart the vast knowledge and ever-expanding training resources available to newbies and power-users alike. We had so much great information to pass along that we just couldn’t wait to show it all to you, and make you experts as well!
Since rolling out last summer, RMU has been a tool for thousands of Rent Manager users to learn everything the software has to offer, from intricate accounting procedures to basic scripting tools. New courses were uploaded on a regular basis, creating a massive training portal for our users. But something was amiss: We were hearing from some of you that it was getting a little too big. It was becoming a little cumbersome to navigate through hundreds of courses to find those that were best fit for each employee using the program.
So, we’ve come up with a solution we think you’re going to like! Just as Rent Manager offers you a truly customized software solution for your operation, we’ve redesigned RMU to provide you with customized options that best fit the way you and your team operate!
RMU Standard: This entry-level option provides foundational courses to get you off on the right foot. Every Rent Manager customer receives one free user login and access to a carefully curated catalog that features basic accounting procedures and fundamental Rent Manager courses to give you the tools you need to get started in the program.
RMU Plus: Whether you’re looking for an overview of the program’s capabilities or a specialized track designed for those employees who handle accounting, maintenance, leasing, etc., we’ve taken the guesswork out of training. Our Rent Manager experts have created fully customized learning tracks for every facet of your business.
Hiring a new A/P clerk? Sign them up for an RMU account in the Accounting and Payables tracks. Maybe they’ll help with workflow management? Add that track as well. Your new hire will be given access to the complete training they need trough the catalogs you choose, and won’t be overwhelmed by the entire course library. With an unlimited number of user logins, all you have to do is assign your staff to the appropriate catalogs and we’ll do the rest.
RMU Premium: This is an exciting new way to completely customize your training experience. This option gives you unlimited users; access to the entire course catalog to create training modules tailored to each individual employee; performance reports and professional feedback; and the ability to upload your own unique courses. You can even work with one of our Rent Manager Training Advisors to create content unique to the way your company uses the software.
