Here at Rent Manager® headquarters, we realize just how fortunate we are to have so many comforts in life: a roof over our heads, food in our pantry, and overall good health. We share a sense of duty to pay forward our good fortune. And it’s because of this that we chose to donate to three local organizations in hopes of giving something back to our community during this holiday season.

Where Did We Donate?

L.I.F.E. Food Pantry

180 lbs. of Food

The Loveland Inter-Faith Effort, or L.I.F.E., Food Pantry serves approximately 140 families, 375+ individuals, each month. Their primary sources for donations are individual contributions and local food drives. We wanted to make a donation that would positively impact residents in our immediate community, so we asked our employees to bring in canned goods during the last week in November.

And, boy, did they ever!

We were able to provide the L.I.F.E. food pantry with over 180 lbs. of food, providing the pantry a much-needed boost in inventory in the days leading up to Christmas!

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center

$3,150

Cincinnati Childrens

Cincinnati Children’s is a nonprofit hospital and research center dedicated to improving children’s lives with advanced care and groundbreaking research for devastating childhood illnesses. LCS employees enthusiastically opened their hearts and wallets – generating $1,050 to donate in the name of company president, David Hegemann.

But it got even better…

Western and Southern Open generously pledged to triple all donations made to Cincinnati Children’s before December 31st, up to a total of $100,000. So our $1,050 multiplied to an astounding $3,150!

Toys for tots

Toys for Tots

A virtual sleigh-full of toys!

Toys for Tots is a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve program whose mission is to collect new, unwrapped toys to distribute as Christmas gifts for less-fortunate children around the country.

Our staff eagerly brought in games and toys, which we then delivered to the nearby Toys for Tots drop-off location. They couldn’t contain their smiles and appreciation as we brought in numerous bags loaded with all sorts of playtime treasures.
