Cincinnati, Ohio (June 26, 2019). London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager® property management software and other business-critical technologies is pleased to announce a new API Partnership with PetScreening.comTM. Petscreening.com helps property managers, landlords, and housing providers manage their pet risk while generating significant net-new revenue opportunities. The no-charge service also helps housing providers validate the authenticity of assistance animals.
“This partnership offers empowerment and organization to property managers and landlords by helping them better understand their housing-related pet risk, while limiting service animal and ESA fraud,” said John Bradford, III, CEO and Founder of PetScreening.com. “We are excited to join arms with Rent Manager and continue to innovate the property management industry.”
Rent Manager and PetScreening.com are working together to ensure that keeping track of residents’ pet information is simple. With the new integration, each pet profile submitted to PetScreening.com automatically uploads to the tenant’s account in Rent Manager. This pet profile is called the FIDO ScoreTM. Created by PetScreening.com, it is intended to help housing providers better understand the housing-related risks for each pet and owner.
This proprietary scoring system can generate significant new pet-related revenue opportunities—such as additional pet rents, non-refundable fees, and deposits—with the primary purpose to help cover any additional risk the housing provider is taking with the pet and its owner.
PetScreening.com’s free service for property managers provides an easy, standardized way to hold all new applicants and renewing residents accountable to a property’s pet and animal policies—including policies applicable to residents without pets. PetScreening.com helps screen pets and their respective owners for housing-related risk while also validating reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals.
“At Rent Manager, we know how important pets are to so many people. We also know how important it is for property managers to keep track of animals and pet policies. PetScreening.com helps make the lives of property managers and tenants a little easier and we are pleased to offer this integration to our users.”
