The Best in Biz Awards is the only independent business awards program judged each year by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications in North America. Rent Manager was recognized in two categories for Best in Biz Awards 2024—the Bronze Award for Support Department of the Year and the Silver Award for Enterprise Product of the Year.

MHI Supplier of the Year Award

The Manufactured Housing Institute’s (MHI) 2025 Excellence in Manufactured Housing Awards recipients include Rent Manager—named the Supplier of the Year for 2025. Winners were selected by peers and an independent panel of experts for their leadership and dedication to the manufactured housing industry during the past year.

Stevie Awards

LCS received five Stevie® Awards in the 23^rd Annual American Business Awards®(ABA). Created in 2002, the Stevie Awards honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.
