2. When you apply your System Preferences criteria, Rent Manager will produce a feed list of available units that meet your criteria.
3. You can use the Review Feed feature to verify the data in each of the required fields. Unit rows with missing required data are highlighted. You can double-click the highlighted unit row on the grid to open its unit record and provide the missing data. In addition, you can manually select which units should be always included in or always excluded from the feed.
4. Each day, Rent Manager makes its feed list available to Trulia. Then, the data you supply is processed and verified to conform to their specifications. Finally, your data flows into the matching fields of the Trulia ads.
