Spring is just around the corner, and that means that the 2018 Rent Manager User Conference—October 22–25, Amelia Island, FL—will be here before you know it. With more than 650 property management professionals flooding the island this October, RMUC.18 will play host to an array of industry insiders, from owners, investors, and brokers, to leasing agents, support staff, and maintenance technicians—ready to hear the latest and greatest from our lineup of presenters.
As we build the curriculum for the 2018 event, we are seeking speakers who will address a wide variety of topics, teaching real-world property management best practices, success strategies, and practical knowledge that our attendees can easily adopt and implement on their own. Engaging, interactive activities are strongly encouraged, and typically garner the highest audience feedback.
Proposals must be received by March 29 to be included for consideration. Notification of acceptance will be made no later than April 16, 2018. To thank you for your participation, we will waive the cost of your conference registration fee if you are selected to speak at RMUC.18. All speakers will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.

***The professional submitting this proposal for consideration is responsible for contacting all co-presenters and for coordinating all details including proposal submission, communication with co-presenters, presentation formatting, and audio-visual requests with Rent Manager staff. Rent Manager will provide a screen and projector, a laptop, as well as microphones for sessions as needed. Requests for additional audio/visual equipment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Internet access in the meeting space is provided by the hosting facility.***
