Manage tasks and issues all in one location while keeping workflows organized and on track.

Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS)

Simplify utility cost allocation for properties with a master meter using Rent Manager’s RUBS functionality. Automatically distribute utility expenses using customizable formulas such as occupancy, square footage, and bedroom or bathroom count. Integrated seamlessly into billing workflows, RUBS delivers another option for managing shared utility expenses.

ID Verification

Validate the identity of prospects during the application process with Rent Manager’s new ID Verification feature—powered by AmRent. Built directly into Apply Now, ID Verification helps avoid risk factors associated with identity-based fraud, and is included with Income Verification at no additional cost.

Custom Scoreboards

Utilize Custom Scoreboards to add, remove, or rearrange key data to create personalized Rent Manager user experiences that provide customization and control.

Smart Voicemails

Stay on top of every voicemail. Powered by Orion AI, Smart Voicemails automatically summarizes, categorizes, and prioritizes messages received through rmVoIP, so your team can quickly identify what needs attention. Click into any voicemail for a full transcript and summary, track each message’s status through to resolution, and rest assured that every interaction is automatically logged to the caller’s history.

Security Deposit Management Solutions

Rent Manager is excited to roll out two new options to simplify and digitize security deposits.

Resident Payouts

Give residents a faster, more flexible way to receive refunds. With Resident Payouts, powered by Zego, you can move beyond manual checks and give residents the flexibility to choose how they receive their money without changing how your team manages accounting.

Deposit Management

Rent Manager’s newest built-in partner, Rentable, offers a fully managed, compliant approach to security deposits. Rentable handles collection, custody, and refunds—as well as state unclaimed property and escheatment reporting—and allows residents to split their deposit into 3, 6, or 12 monthly payments.

Signable Documents Updates

Set the number of signees on a document in seconds and group signer fields into a single block, making it faster and easier to build signable documents from start to finish.

Site Classification Customization

Customize site classification names to align with your business terminology and reporting needs, making it easier to maintain clean, standardized reporting across your organization.

Resident Payment Allocations

Give residents more control over online payments by letting them choose how their payment is applied to charges in Tenant Web Access or rmResident. This helps ensure payments are applied as intended, reducing unexpected delinquent balances.

Customizable Payment Methods
