Smart AR/AP Suite, powered by Orion AI

Rent Manager’s Smart AR/AP Suite uses AI to automate reconciliations, invoice and check processing, and receipt capture—all in one comprehensive resource.

• Bank Sync securely connects your bank and credit card accounts to Rent Manager. Once accounts are synchronized, transactions will appear in the system for AI-assisted electronic reconciliation.
• Smart Bills uses AI to read invoices and create accounts payable transactions. Just upload invoices to Rent Manager and post them. You can also set up an email inbox where vendors can send invoices directly to the system. Orion can read these emails and create transactions from them, eliminating manual invoice entry and reducing errors.
• Smart Receipts enables you to quickly upload pictures of receipts to Rent Manager via the rmAppSuite Pro mobile app for AI to capture expense details and create a payable transaction for approval or payment.
• Smart Check Scanning uses AI to read checks and money orders—including handwritten details—to effortlessly review high volumes of data and automatically populate the transaction information for you.

Orion Writing Assistant

Just tell the Writing Assistant what you want to convey, and Orion will do the rest. Whether using a template or creating content from scratch, the Writing Assistant effortlessly composes emails, letters, tenant communications, and crafts marketing descriptions for property listings. It also translates text into multiple languages, with Spanish, French, Canadian French, and Chinese available for quick selection.
