Manufactured Housing Events Recap Q1/Q2 2025

During the first half of 2025, the Rent Manager team traveled across the country to attend various meetings, conferences, and tradeshows to develop meaningful partnerships within the manufactured housing industry. We’re highlighting several key events below.

Manufactured Housing Highlights

Louisville Manufactured Housing Show

The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show is the nation’s largest indoor event for MH professionals. The annual gathering, organized by the Midwest Manufactured Housing Federation, features an array of new home designs, the latest in technology, the best in supplier offerings, and a look at the newest amenities and off-site built options.

Jeremy Moore, Rent Manager’s Director of Sales, provided great insight as a member of the technology panel, while our Sales team met with customers and prospects during the tradeshow. In addition, we hosted nearly 100 customers and prospects at a special VIP event at the Louisville Slugger Museum.

MHI Winter Meeting

While attending the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) Winter Meeting, the organization reappointed Mike Niebauer, Rent Manager Senior Relationship Manager, to a three-year term on the MHI National Communities Council (NCC). In addition, Mike participated in a wide range of MHI committee meetings—further solidifying Rent Manager’s support of the industry.

IMN Manufactured Housing West

At Information Management Network (IMN) Manufactured Housing West in San Diego, Mike Niebauer connected with many customers and partners, diving into a variety of topics including submetering trends, artificial intelligence (AI), bundled Internet offerings, and tech solutions for operational scaling.

MHI Congress & Expo

Rent Manager was proud to be a part of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) Congress & Expo, the industry’s premier event for MH professionals. We’re equally honored to have received the 2025 MHI Supplier of the Year Award during this event! Our team met with industry partners prior to the show and visited local customers in Orlando after it concluded. Joe Easton, Rent Manager’s Director of Partnerships & Industry Relations, and Ashley Jones, Rent Manager Sales Manager, presented “Mastering Automation in Rent Manager: 5 Streamlining Strategies” at the newly featured Learning Lab.

MHCA

At the Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona (MHCA) Conference, Evan Grawe, Rent Manager Sales Representative, conducted the session, “From Application to Automation: Streamlining Leasing & Maintenance for Maximum Efficiency.”

FMHA

Matt Redman, Rent Manager Sales Representative, and Mike Niebauer attended the Florida Manufactured Housing Association (FMHA) Convention and participated in several sessions with attendees.

KMHI Award, Trade Show & Board Meeting

We’re proud to announce that Mike Niebauer has been recognized as the 2025 Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI) Service Representative of the Year for the second consecutive time. This is a particularly meaningful honor since nominations and votes come directly from KMHI peers. Further, it’s a testament to our team’s dedication to providing excellence for those we serve.

As Mike completed his three-year term on the KMHI Board of Directors—held in Frankfort, Kentucky—he reflected on the association’s recent accomplishments, including the passing of House Bill 160. The bill will expand access to qualified manufactured housing statewide while protecting the character of local communities.

As you can see, we’ve been busy! These events enable the Rent Manager team to gain new opportunities and valuable insights from the industry and gain a clear understanding of—and advocate for—the future of manufactured housing.
