What’s New at RMUC.26

It’s hard to believe that the 2026 Rent Manager User Conference is just four months away. This year, we’ll be touching down in San Antonio, Texas, at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa from October 19^th-22^nd, and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on. From revised session types to an enhanced VIP experience and new ways to give back, RMUC.26 will be teeming with new experiences and even more of the valuable insights you’ve come to expect from a week with Rent Manager.

To keep building on that anticipation, here’s an exclusive sneak peek of what’s new at RMUC.26, and why you’ll want to experience it for yourself.

Revamped Session Categories

The sessions at every RMUC are carefully curated to cover the Rent Manager and property management industry topics that provide the greatest value for our attendees. This year, we’ve refined our breakout sessions even further, moving away from the industry- or experience-level-specific “tracks” we’ve used in years past and instead grouping sessions by type.

Here are the new session types you’ll see on the RMUC.26 schedule:

• 101 Sessions – These are foundational, introductory walkthroughs designed for users who are new to a feature or need a comprehensive refresher. They cover the “ground-up” setup and basic day-to-day usage of the software.
• Best Practices – These sessions represent the “gold standard” of Rent Manager operations. They move beyond basic usage to demonstrate the most optimized, efficient, and scalable way to run a portfolio.
• Panel Discussions – A conversational format featuring multiple experts, often executive leadership or power users. These sessions explore high-level topics like the product roadmap, industry trends, and visionary strategies.
• Solutions – These sessions are focused on operational troubleshooting and optimization. They take a specific pain point or metric and provide a methodical framework for improvement.
• Tips and Tricks – These sessions focus on high-impact, bite-sized nuggets of information. They highlight shortcuts, hidden features, and creative hacks that help users accomplish tasks faster and more efficiently.

When viewing the schedule and planning your conference itinerary, use these session type descriptions to build your ideal day around the topics and methods that will be most effective for you. If you’re a new user, 101 Sessions will likely be the most helpful, while more experienced Rent Manager users may benefit more from Best Practices and Solutions sessions.

Explore in a Rent Manager Sandbox

Between sessions, you’ll have even more opportunities to practice your software skills with our new, exclusive Rent Manager Sandbox. At the start of the week, every attendee will receive a login for a sandbox Rent Manager database. Each sandbox is completely unique and will allow you to explore, practice concepts from your sessions, and try out new workflows—all without disrupting your live Rent Manager data. It’s an all-reward, no-risk way to dive deeper into the software and fine-tune your approach before you return home. And if you need help with your Sandbox, our experts will be just steps away in Innovation Hall, ready to assist.

Upgraded VIP Experience

We introduced the RMUC VIP Pass in 2025, and it’s getting some shiny new upgrades for 2026. In addition to your favorite perks, like guaranteed sign-up with Product Support, the VIP Lounge, and priority seating for key events, RMUC.26 VIPs can also take advantage of these new offerings:

If you’re new to RMUC, you’re going to want to be at RMUC Connect. Sponsored by LCS IT Services, this brand-new meet-and-greet is an exclusive event for first-time attendees. Connect and network with other RMUC newbies, share expectations and excitement for the week ahead, and ask staff your burning questions about the conference, Rent Manager, and everything in between. Fairways Fore a Cause Charity Golf Invitational

Each year, RMUC makes a commitment to give back to our host community by supporting local charitable organizations. This year, in addition to collecting donations at the RMUC.26 Merch Booth, we’re offering a new and exciting opportunity for attendees to make a difference and have fun while doing it.

 In partnership with TPC San Antonio, we’re hosting the Fairways Fore a Cause Charity Golf Invitational. RMUC attendees, partners, and Rent Manager staff will come together for an exclusive 18-hole scramble tournament benefiting Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. All proceeds from the event, along with 100% of our earnings from the Rent Manager Merch Booth, will directly support CMN’s mission to fund critical treatments, healthcare services, and life-saving equipment for children in need.

Participation in the scramble is completely complimentary for RMUC attendees and includes green fees, range access, and a GPS golf cart. Registration will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and will open on Monday, June 22^nd.
