In the last half of 2025, the Rent Manager team traveled across the country to attend various meetings, conferences, and tradeshows in an effort to develop meaningful partnerships within the manufactured housing industry. We’re highlighting several key events below.
Manufactured Housing Highlights
KMHI Annual Conference
Rent Manager was proud to be a part of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI) Annual Conference. This three-day event united MH professionals to address the Commonwealth’s affordable housing crisis, give regulatory updates, and explore market innovations. The conference also built on last year’s successes, including enhanced licensing programs and legislative achievements related to zoning flexibility.
IMN Manufactured Housing East
John Hemelgarn, Rent Manager Senior Sales Representative, and Nick Drzycimski, Rent Manager Sales Manager, attended the 4th annual Information Management Network (IMN) Manufactured Housing East Forum in Nashville. This premier gathering for MH professionals addressed a number of topics, such as the U.S. affordable housing shortage, factors that are currently driving the market, and the headwinds/tailwinds facing the industry through the end of year.
SECO Conference
Dave Hurtt, Rent Manager Senior Sales Representative, and Nick Walter, Rent Manager Sales Representative, were proud to represent our team in Atlanta at the Southeast Community Owners (SECO) Conference. This conference is the nation’s largest educational event for MH community owners, operators, and managers. With professionals attending from all over the U.S., SECO 25 also fostered networking amid a “village-style” outdoor display of model homes.
WMA Convention & Expo
Tanya Lowry, Rent Manager Sales Representative, and Nick Walter attended the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA) Convention & Expo in Reno. Blending intensive education, networking, and a vibrant tradeshow, this gathering attracted hundreds of industry leaders.
TMHA Annual Convention
Rent Manager Senior Sales Representatives Liz Engel and Laura Morales, and Rent Manager Relationship Manager, Ryan Winkler, attended the Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA) Annual Convention in Fort Worth. The convention united industry professionals for a powerhouse event featuring keynote addresses on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) code updates and Texas legislative accomplishments. Workshops that focused on sustainable modular designs and financing innovations were a major draw, as was the networking gala.
MHI NCC Fall Leadership Forum
Liz Engel, Laura Morales, and Ryan Winkler also attended the Manufactured Housing Institute National Communities Council (MHI NCC) Meeting. Held in Chicago, this networking and leadership event included informative panels on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to regulatory challenges.
As you can see, we’ve been busy! These events enable the Rent Manager team to gain new opportunities and valuable insights from the industry and gain a clear understanding of—and advocate for—the future of manufactured housing.
