Essential Packing Checklist
Whether you carefully plan every detail or throw things together last minute, be sure to pack these conference essentials:
- Business Cards
- Chargers for your laptop/tablet and phone
- Peripherals (mouse, USB cables, flash drive, adapters, etc.)
- A light jacket
- Coastal wear for the Opening Reception

Plan Your Itinerary with Cvent
Use the RMUC.25 app, Cvent, to plan your itinerary so you don’t miss a moment. Between two bootcamps and more than 75 sessions, there’s so much to see and do. You can use the Cvent app to access session handouts, navigate the conference space with digital maps, complete session surveys, chat with fellow attendees, browse the schedule, and more—right from your mobile device.
You can even use Cvent to pre-register for sessions and build your own custom schedule.

Become Rent Manager Certified
Showcase your Rent Manager expertise and leave San Diego with one (or more) of our Rent Manager Certifications. Choose from the Rent Manager Core, Third-Party Management, Bookkeeping, or Scripting Certifications and take an assessment during the conference to flex your Rent Manager know-how. If your schedule is too packed to take an exam that week, you can still take advantage of exclusive pricing by registering during the conference and completing the exam when you return home.

Do Good at RMUC
This year, we’re not just learning and networking—we’re also giving back. We’re partnering with Habitat for Humanity to host a special Playhouse Build Event on Sunday, October 5th. Attendees can help assemble and decorate playhouses that will be donated to local families, nonprofits, and child development centers.
No experience is needed—training, tools, and materials are provided. Volunteer spots are limited, so be sure to add the event to your schedule via the Cvent app and join us in making a big impact for San Diego families.
