Preparations for the 2025 Rent Manager User Conference are in full swing! A Beautiful, Brand-New Venue

The Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center just opened its doors, and we’re thrilled to be one of the first major events hosted at this breathtaking location. Just seven miles from downtown San Diego, this expansive resort overlooks panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Chula Vista Marina. With 46 event rooms, 67 breakout spaces, and more than 488,000 square feet of event space, the Gaylord Pacific is the perfect setting for learning, networking, and experiencing Rent Manager in a whole new way.

Scripting Bootcamp

Being added alongside the Core Bootcamp,  you can go from a scripting newbie to a pro with our new Scripting Bootcamp session! This 7-hour immersive training session kicks off your RMUC experience with everything you need to know about custom scripting options in Rent Manager.

You’ll learn how to build custom letters, reports, layouts and more. Explore advanced scripts and build complex scripting logic —all designed to enhance efficiency and tailor your system to your business needs. You’ll even receive a digital workbook packed with the key concepts covered.

By the end of the bootcamp, you’ll be ready to pass the Rent Manager Scripting Certification and set yourself apart in the industry.

Integration Spotlight and Industry Insights Sessions

While RMUC has always been committed to sharing top industry trends through our informational sessions, RMUC.25 offers two new ways to get firsthand knowledge and experience with our integrated providers and top industry experts.

The Integration Spotlight sessions will showcase the power of Rent Manager’s Integrations Program. You’ll see live demonstrations, hear success stories, and discover how our integrated partners are streamlining operations across property management.

The Industry Insights sessions explore timely topics and trends with expert-led discussions tailored to specific segments of property management—including Multifamily, Single-family, Manufactured Housing, and Commercial. Giving Back: Build with Habitat for Humanity

This year, we’re deepening our tradition of giving back. In addition to collecting donations at the Rent Manager Merch Booth, RMUC.25 attendees will have the opportunity to participate in Habitat for Humanity’s Project Playhouse Program—right on-site!

This program offers hands-on experience helping to build custom playhouses for families in need. These whimsical creations give children a safe place to play and dream—while reinforcing the importance of home and community. We’ll share more details as the event approaches, but we can’t wait to see what we can build together.
