Cost of Goods Sold

If you hold inventory items to resell to your tenants or customers, you need to record the cost of goods sold with every sales transaction. In Rent Manager, when you enable Cost of Goods Sold tracking on your inventory items, the system will automatically calculate the cost of the inventory you sold and post the required journal entry for you. In this course, we’ll cover the setup and ongoing management of inventory and cost of goods sold in Rent Manager.
