MHPI - Owns and manages 40 communities in 5 states consisting of over 8500 units. MC Equities: Owns 22 properties with a total of 4500 units. Holiday Parks - A Rent Manager user for over 3 years now selected Rent Manager after seeing it at a trade show. They currently own and manage 7 communities and about 1,800 units. Frontline Property Management in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area manages 547 properties consisting of 2,400 units.  their properties are a mix consisting of apartments, commercial, residential, assisted-living and storage facilities.  Debrah Dyck, a former Yardi user chose Rent Manager because “the service before the sale was indicative of the service after the sale and continues to be amazing to this day!”

Wells Boys Property Management signed on with Rent Manager because it’s so user-friendly, logically connected and easy to learn.  Wells Boys manages 1,000+ units in Florida with Rent Manager.  Toni Abel, says “We fell in love with it!”  And the main reason they chose Rent Manager was because it was easy to train their staff on.
