Now you can! The Rent Manager Bird’s Eye View
provides an aerial map of the property. Each unit in the
map is color coded to show several different pre-set
status levels such as aged delinquencies, unit
availability, and occupancy. In addition to the default
views, the Bird’s Eye View allows users to create custom
views.
The
Bird’s Eye View provides a real-time visual reference
for your property. Users can hold their mouse over any
unit for a detailed list of information. Users can also
drill down on any unit in the map to gather more
specific information. This is the ideal solution for any
community to help both the front office and onsite
personnel stay on top of their property.
Users have the
option to digitize their own maps or have them created
for you by trained LCS staff members for a small fee.
