Student
Housing
You have four students housed in one unit, each paying
different percentages of the rent. During their one-year
lease, disagreements erupt, and two of them move out.
Two new tenants move in to take their places. As the
manager of this student housing unit, you are
responsible for keeping track of each tenant's payments
and rental histories.
While other software packages have the ability add a
primary tenant and then additional roommates,
Rent
Manager provides the student housing industry with the
ability to have multiple residents per unit. This means
that each resident within a unit can be held financially
responsible. Unlike other programs that only allow
roommates, Rent Manager allows you to look at each
resident’s transaction history independently and treat
each person within the unit as an individual.
No more splitting one unit with four bedrooms into four
separate units. Now each unit is a single unit and each
person residing there can be treated individually.
