Rent Manager does its part by providing you with detailed security features that allow you to lock down users to only the features and functionality they require. They can even be set to view the information without being able to change it. Manage Users enables the flexibility you need to give each user or type of user a detailed set of privileges within the software. You can even determine which individual reports they can access.
Roles
In larger operations, it's likely that many people have the same role within the organization. Rent Manager has the ability to pre-define a list of user privileges that can be assigned to a user and used repeatedly. This makes the management of that group much easier.
Tab Manager
Tab Manager can also be used to expand security by limiting access to individual tabs and fields. Thru Tab Manager, fields can be added and removed from windows, set to read-only, and tabs can be removed leaving only the individual information desired.
