Simplify day to day tasks using Rent Manager
The primary purpose of any good property management software is to simplify your day-to-day tasks by automating your daily routine. Rent Manager provides several tools that will save you time, effort, and most importantly, money.
Everything you need built into one program
Rent Manager is designed to be a completely self-contained program with a powerful property management database, integrated accounting, work orders, word processor, contact management, reminders, calendar, and much more. With over 25 years of experience, Rent Manager can work in every aspect of your operation.

How long does it take you to send late letters or notices to your tenants?
Rent Manager comes complete with a built-in word processor that can automatically fill in any information for you like the tenant's name, unit number and balance. You can simply highlight the tenants you want to send the document to, right-click and print the document you want. The whole process can be done in less than 30 seconds. You can even email the letters when you're done!
How long does it currently take to reconcile your bank accounts?
With Rent Manager's Electronic Bank Reconciliation, download your bank statement from your bank's website in either a .qif or .csv file and import it into Rent Manager. The software will automatically pre-reconcile those items against your bank register to eliminate all the tedious work. This feature alone can save you hours.
Find anything with the Global Search.
The Global Search tool works like a search engine and looks at every aspect of the database to find information. Look for a missing check, a tenant's name, a phone number, or information from a user-defined field. It breaks the information down by type so you can narrow your search.
Have you ever looked at a report and wanted to know where a particular item came from?
In Rent Manager, nearly every report in the program drills down to the source. This can be a huge time saver when studying financials, or when calling past-due residents. For instance, if you drill down on an expense item on a Profit and Loss report, the general ledger will open for that expense. You can then select an item on the general ledger and the original transaction will open. You can also click on a resident's name in a report and it'll take you to that resident's account. This eliminates all of the guess work and the need to run multiple reports.
Integrated work order system
Service Manager is a built in tool that creates, prints, and tracks both one-time and recurring service tickets. Each ticket can be linked directly to a tenant, unit, or property and are then added right to the notes of the linked entity. This means you can look at any tenant and see every work order they have ever called in or see the entire maintenance history for a single unit. Service tickets can even be used to bill back the tenant for damages, create a bill to pay a vendor for work performed, or create a bill from the property to the management company.
