Service Manager Web Access for Rent Manager
The Rent Manager Service Manager for the Web is an optional module available to all Rent Manager Online users. This powerful module allows your maintenance staff and vendors to access all open and closed work orders via the web. In addition, maintenance staff can access work orders with any web-enabled handheld device.
Service Manager is an integrated module that tracks work orders and internal "to-dos". Designed as a full service work order management system, it allows you to track and report on any type of work order by the rental unit, property, customer, and/or the amount of time that the ticket has been open.
Each user in Rent Manager can use Service Manager to create and close work orders. You decide the type of issues to include, the levels of severity, and can enter as detailed a description of the issue as you like. Service Manager will add a note to the history on your rental units so you can easily reference the work orders later.
If you need to track and route issues to the appropriate people and provide feedback to those who have problems, Service Manager can be configured to do it the way you want while providing powerful reporting.
