Powerful reporting features

Reporting is one of the main benefits of using a property management software application. You use reports to track delinquencies.

Report Writer

Rent Manager offers over a hundred reports standard in the system, from simple phone lists to detailed financial reports. If that's not enough, you can always create your own! The built in Report Writer can be used to create custom financial reports as well as resident, owner, vendor, unit, and prospect lists. Designed for everyday users, you don't have to be a software developer to use it.

Drill-down reporting

In Rent Manager, nearly every report in the program drills down to the source. This can be a huge time saver when studying financials, or when calling past-due residents. For instance, if you drill down on an expense item on a Profit and Loss report, the general ledger will open for that expense. You can then select an item on the general ledger and the original transaction will open. You can also click on a resident's name in a report and it'll take you to that resident's account. This eliminates all of the guess work and the need to run multiple reports.

Batch reporting

How many reports do you run over and over again every day, week, or month? Wouldn't it be easier if you could just put a button on the toolbar and have them run automatically? You can with Rent Manager's Batch Reporting. This feature enables any combination of reports to be pre-defined in a batch and run at the user's discretion.

Email and export reports

Every report in Rent Manager can be exported to PDF, Excel, html, or text format with the click of a button or emailed. Users can also rerun the report without having to go back thru the menu and re-select all the options. Just click the refresh button and the menu options will appear with all of the previous settings.
