The Rent Manager Small Business Edition includes all of the standard product features but is priced on a per rental unit basis to be more affordable for smaller companies. For instance, if you have 10 single family homes, you would need a 10 unit license. Similarly, if you have 5 duplexes, you would need a 10 rental unit license. The same principle applies for both residential and commercial properties.

The Small Business Edition is designed for companies with 5 rental units to 150 rental units. Additional rental units can be purchased in increments of 5 and unlocked through a simple activation process.
