Site MapRent Manager Online allows users to remotely access their data in real-time. The program is stored on our servers in our state-of-the-art data center where we perform bi-hourly backups, replicate the data in real time, and apply all upgrades as they are released.
What does this mean for you? It means that you can connect all of your remote locations to the same database in real time. Using built-in controls, you can limit the remote site's access to other properties while allowing the main office to instantly access company-wide data.

It includes over 100 standard reports, accompanied by a variety of flexible reporting options with automatic drill-down from each line to the actual transaction. Reports can be automatically exported to PDF, Excel™, HTML, or text with a single click of the mouse.
Professional Edition
The Rent Manager Professional Edition is specifically designed to meet the needs of the mid size company. It comes complete with unlimited rental units, properties, business entities, and customers. It can handle the accounting for one company or more companies. Designed for both the back office and the property manager, Rent Manager helps you increase your productivity by organizing your rental information, reducing the number of delinquent accounts, and automating your accounting.
Small Business Edition
The Rent Manager Small Business Edition includes all of the standard product features but is priced on a per rental unit basis to be more affordable for smaller companies. For instance, if you have 10 single family homes, you would need a 10-unit license. Similarly, if you have 5 duplexes, you would need a 10-unit rental license. The same principle applies for both residential and commercial properties.
The Small Business Edition is designed for companies with 5 rental units to 150 rental units. Additional rental units can be purchased in increments of 5 and unlocked through a simple activation process.
