London Computer Systems Expanding Loveland, OH Headquarters
Recruiting Up To 30 New Employees In 2009
CINCINNATI, OH - London Computer Systems Inc. (LCS), developer of Rent Manager software, announces the expansion of the Loveland, OH headquarters - 20 minutes northeast of Cincinnati. The 5,000 square feet building addition is currently under construction, by ARC Building Group of Blue Ash, with an estimated completion date set for January 2009.
LCS sits strategically on the hillside of Cottonwood Drive above Loveland-Madeira Road. As part of this building addition, the entire hillside had to be rebuilt with a retaining wall to accommodate the structure. The most striking feature of the building will be its central tower surrounded by glass windows and capped with a prairie-style hipped roof that overlooks the entire valley. The construction team worked for months to redistribute dirt and add additional parking for employees so construction could begin.
"The whole process has been amazing," states Dave Hegemann, president and founder of LCS. "From a technical standpoint, it was a real challenge to create a stable structure integrated into the natural hillside. The engineers and architects involved really did an excellent job taking my design vision and turning it into reality."
LCS states the new building will house their sales and technical support departments, training as well as an employee break room. Additionally, LCS will be hiring up to 30 people next year to accommodate the growth of its main software product - Rent Manager. They are searching for qualified software developers, plus additional candidates for their sales and customer service departments. To apply, interested candidates can visit their web site at www.rentmanager.com.
