Description
Since 1982, LCS has been developing and supplying the property management industry with Rent Manager;the software is a complete Windows based and online application for manufactured home communities, apartments, associations, single family homes, and commercial properties. Rent Manager comes complete with full accounting, work orders, and utility billing.
Currently, we have an opening for a Senior C# & ASP .NET Developer. This position would primarily entail writing and designing web and desktop applications that interface with existing systems.
The Senior C# & ASP .Net Developer would be responsible for the following job duties:
• Producing efficient, clean and well-commented code
• Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
• Working closely with other teams, developers and senior management to build new features and applications
• Working with all user–interface, application, and database related issues
• Additional assignments as requested
Ideal .NET Developer Skills:
• Excellent interface design skills
• Experience with both web and desktop applications
• Full life cycle software development in C# and ASP.NET
• Experience with WCF & WPF
• Strong back end development
• Detail oriented and able to follow written and verbal direction
• Able to explain complex technical information
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of accounting concepts
• Driven, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience in C# and ASP.NET
• SQL experience
• Competency in developing modules independently
• Excellent written and verbal abilities
• Ability to work through complex problems and reach a workable solution
• Able to work on multiple projects at a time
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Account Manager
Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for an inside account management position. The Account Executive is responsible for meeting or exceeding a monthly quota, as well as achieving high standards of customer relations and retention. Some travel may be required for trade shows and other events.
