In May of this year I was looking for a way to properly and easily record rent for 3 communities that I track rent for. I went online for my research and found many different software companies. One that I looked into was Rent Manager and was first of all very impressed with personal service I received beginning right from the friendly voice that answers the phone.

From there, I was directed to the sales department and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the software. This is something I look for when I am looking for software. I feel the sales department needs to know the software as well as the people that write it. The person that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered the software and began using it. I struggled at first, simply because I was coming from an older DOS based program moving to a Windows based program.

I feel my situation is unique in the way I receive the information and the way I must report it back to the property manager. There were some reports that the property manager wanted and also wanted them in a particular format. I spoke with my account rep and talked to the programmers for me. Soon after that, the reports were modified to suit my client. My rep called me a few weeks later to check in and see how things were going, and see if there was anything he could do for me. Well, I did have a few items, and one I felt would help quicken how I entered the payments. I did not know until today when I went online to enter payments that that change had been made for us.

I was so surprised and once again impressed with your company. With the latest change that was done, I feel I have "beat the mouse" - I can enter deposits and not need to touch my mouse at all. This alone saves me an enormous amount of time.

The new enhancements of  are popping up everywhere and are so easy to use. They really explain themselves! I will admit I have shopped around for other programs and am pleased to report that the capabilities of Rent Manager always seem to exceed the competition. I can't imagine how the new version could have anything more or new to offer but I know that it will. I always look forward to the surprising new advancements. Thank you and keep it up!"

I am writing to tell you how much I have enjoyed using Rent Manager over the past 6 years. It has really eased my workload, trying to manage my mobile home park. I don't have to tell you the paperwork nightmare that would be involved without using a computer with good managing software such as Rent Manager. I have tried other programs such as Prism software and Park Pro for windows and none even come close to the quality of Rent Manager. I especially like the metered utility module since I have to read and post water meter readings each month. The field entry report is very useful, all I do is print it or e-mail it to my manager and then he returns it completed. It makes an otherwise time consuming chore a breeze. The payable module really helps in keeping track of expenses vs. income. It is also a great help at tax time. The reports that Rent Manager produces are very useful as well as clear and concise with all the required information to help with data management.
