Service
Manager is an integrated module that tracks work orders
and internal "to-dos". Designed as a full service
work order management system, it allows you track and
report on any type of work order by the rental unit,
property, customer,
and the amount of time that it has been open.
Each user
in Rent Manager can use Service Manager to create and
close work orders. You decide the type of issues to include,
the levels of severity, and can enter as detailed a description
of the issue as you like. Service Manager will add a note
to the history on your rental units so you can easily
reference the work orders later.
If you need
to track and route issues to the appropriate people and
provide feedback to those who have problems Service Manager
can be configured to do it the way you want while providing
powerful reporting.
