Property Management Companies can now easily calculate their fees based on a flat rate, percentage of the total income, or net income based on a rental unit or an entire property. With this module you can set minimum management fees or base the fee on percentages or whether the charges are received or applied to the customer.   In addition, Rent Manager Owner Management automates the creation of reports including profit and loss, balance sheet and check registers.  These reports can be batch printed or emailed based on pre-selected criteria for each individual owner.
