User
friendliness, accessibility brings Reda, Inc.
satisfaction with
Rent Manager
For 15 years, Reda, Inc. used QuickBooks as its property
management database—without the results or capabilities
needed. Finally, an online search for property
management software led Reda, Inc. to a positive and
successful relationship with Rent Manager.
Reda, Inc. owns and operates more than 150
rental units throughout metropolitan Cincinnati, Ohio.
The company has been in business for 15 years and
employs 12 people.
One year ago, Reda, Inc. Property Manager Donna Pickerd
began an online search for property management software
that would increase productivity and track all necessary
data. After completing the research, Reda, Inc. switched
to Rent Manager, and has since benefited from the
product’s efficiency and capabilities.
“It’s very simple to use,” Pickerd said. “It’s very user
friendly…operating like Windows. Technical support is
always there if we need it, though.”
Reda, Inc. uses Rent Manager to track specific units
and residents. Work orders and tenant/unit history are
also tracked by Rent Manager. All of the data is
kept in the same location, and Reda, Inc. can access it
from remote offices and always have up-to-date
information.
“Rent Manager saves us time by keeping all the
information in one place,” Pickerd said. “Nothing slips
through the cracks—not evictions, histories or service
orders.”
Reda, Inc. has and will continue to recommend Rent
Manager to other companies. After comparing Rent
Manager with its competitors, Reda, Inc. found that
no other program could offer everything needed, along
with the ease of use and technical support desired.
“When I decided to get involved with Rent Manager, I
felt I was getting involved with a company that was
really going to take off,” Pickerd said.
After working with Rent Manager for just one year,
Reda, Inc. realized it also was “taking off,” thanks in
part to Rent Manager’s intuitive programming and
quick-responding technical support. Reda, Inc. plans to
continue expanding with help from its valued partner.
“Our company is new and growing,” Pickerd said. “We expect
to be at 1,000 units next year, and we look to Rent
Manager to help us get there.”
