Owner Web Access is designed for fee based management companies that want to provide value added services to their clients. The OWA offers a gateway to valuable information for the property owner such as reports, work orders, and property information. This gives the management company a leg up on their competition and reduces the call load from their clients freeing them up to be more productive. Available as an add-on to all Rent Manager Online customers, Owner Web Access is directly linked to the company’s Rent Manager data with real time information. Once information is updated in Rent Manager, the information on OWA is updated as well. Management companies also have direct control over how much and what type of information a property owner can view.
