The Customer Web
Portal allows tenants to access their transaction history,
request work orders, and make payments online. The Customer
Web Access module was first introduced at the 2007 RM User
Conference and is only available to Rent Manager Online
users.
Users have
control over what a tenant can and cannot see. Users also
have the ability to modify the CWA to fit with their current
website design.
